Job Description
Summary:
The Packer/Catcher is responsible for packing completed products, assisting with line setup, and maintaining a clean work area. By adhering to established SOPs and GMPs, this role helps ensure consistent quality, efficiency, and smooth operation of the packaging line through teamwork and attention to detail.
- Hours: Monday – Friday 2:00pm - 10:30pm
- Pay: $17/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor packaging line operations, inspecting pouches for order accuracy, color, and defects.
- Pack products accurately by forming boxes, applying labels, and verifying correct quantities.
- Complete required paperwork and report quality or equipment issues to the line operator.
- Maintain cleanliness and assist with housekeeping, rework, or additional assigned tasks.
Qualifications:
- Strong counting skills with close attention to detail.
- Able to read and follow written instructions and labeling requirements.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced production environment.
